Jaguar has prepared for its 75 th anniversary special version of the XKR coupe
In early July this year at the Festival of Speed at Goodwood, Jaguar plans to present a special modification of the model XKR, prepared in honor of 75 anniversary of the British brand. New product will be released a limited edition of 75 copies, and the first vehicles will have their owners in October.
The special modification of the Jaguar XKR coupe will be equipped with a forced 510 to 530 horsepower (665 Nm) of eight-cylinder engine with five-liter mechanical supercharger, which enables the car accelerate from zero to sixty miles per hour in 4.4 seconds, two tenths of a second faster than the standard XKR . Maximum printing speed is electronically limited at around 280 kilometers per hour.
In addition to the more powerful engine, the novelty will also receive perenastroennoe steering and refined suspension, sport exhaust system and 20-inch rims. The car will be painted only in gray, and the body has special label white, going from headlamps to the rear bumper.
In the UK, Jaguar XKR in the special modifications can be ordered in July. Prices for such a machine will start from 85 000 to £ 500.
