Club racers and proxy racers spend countless hours building and testing their cars for competition. One area that may be overlooked is the rear axle bushings. Aligning the bushings and setting the gear mesh is very important, but what about friction between the rear axle and the bushings? Until now most slot racers were left with just polishing the rear axle, adding oil and leaving it at that. Now thanks to Slot Car Corner, there are 3/32 bronze bushings available with 1/64"x.45" counter-bored holes on both sides. These bronze racing bushings have less surface contact with the axle which means less friction. If your looking for that extra something to gain the edge over the slotcar competition, then these bronze race bushings might be what your looking for.
