Car ASTRA-GNOME "Time and Space Car" was designed by Richard Arbib Co. Inc and advertised in the market as a "machine for movement in time and space", which is fully consistent with a futuristic look and interior equipment of the car - watch showing the celestial time zones, etc.

Dome of the machine is used as a sound chamber.

The body was designed beater studio Mazzara from New York and based on the chassis model Nash Metropolitan.
